The workers at the assembly line became almost like parts of the machine themselves, just repeating the same process over and over and over. So that in turn resulted in very low satisfaction with work. And i think this is something a lot of us feel to day. If you're anything like me and you work at a computer full time, what do you like to do when you have free time? You lik to do a hobby. That's why i love owning a home and working on stuff, cause it was like ye i could feel the satisfaction of my work. I could see a complete a thing, something i had done. But there's so much less satisfaction when you're at a computer
