The Importance of Ethnic Harmony in the Church

Beth Bethlehem Church formed an ethnic harmony task force to begin addressing some of the things like, why is it that they, the elder board at Bethlehem doesn't have more people of color on it. After months and months of working together in this effort, Janice Perez Evans began hearing rumblings about them. She said there was speaking about them, even among elders and leaders at the church, but other members that they were pro critical race theory. "I think it's kind of this politics of panic," she says.
