Ria: It's always better if your job to be done is described as something positive, moving towards something that you want tas. I now, but there are things in our lives that kind of create discrepancy, or kind of make us what can i say? So sometimes the progress, like, i want an advance, so maybe i want things to be warmer. Or sometimes things happen and there's a negative. You know, again, itis all interpretive. And ad, i think it's best for you to think about what works best for you in your organization. Me, personally, i would not like too say that.
