When people come back to the gym in the fall, because so we basically test everybody on a monthly basis. We tend to focus on VO2 or anaerobic capacity first. And then the gym does kind of morph as a schedule as we see how people respond. Too much threshold training really just causes this like deep muscular fatigue.
