Decoupling the Monetary Reward From Someone's Place in the Hierarchy

People are still going to be looking for how to get more of that stuff so you know, I can buy a bigger house. However, if you start decoupling the monetary reward from someone's place in the hierarchy it just gives much better discussions and also different focus for people. So we've had some very interesting results with that at least by running these kind of experiments.
