I have been providing tools and tips and help to see yosne for some 20 years. The onething that always drove me crazy was we didn't have a way to measure the results of all the tools and things that we were putting out in people's hands. So i decided to go on a hunt for the perfect ceo assessment. I spent a year and a half looking at almost every assessment i could find, none of which satisfied what i was trying to create. We've ended up with a 21 gun assessment tool that is a self assessment but gives c os owners and senior executives much more feedback about what they said about themselves and how they're doing.
