The Galactic Federation: A Time War

There could be non-human entities that already interact with each other across the cosmos. They may have gone through this whole time war situation in their own history and have come out on the other end of that. So I don't know, for me it's actually starting to fit kind of nicely with the other models. Why would we assume that well into the future, 300,000 years from now, we will have played with time travel but not also space travel? It seems likely we'd do both.
