CNN's John Berman says he doesn't think shutting down Fox News has solved much. He argues that the network had to settle out of court because they could not stand on the facts before a jury. A big chunk of people look at this and say, wow, if Fox is willing to settled out of court, it means that they knew they couldn't stand on thefacts before a jury,. Therefore, what they're saying must have been fault. It gets a little tiring after a while.
