I think hard of it can be workout related because if you're doing high intensity workouts, like five, six days a week for a long time. I did this way early on. I read training racing with a power meter and I thought, well, if these are the plans that they have in the back of the book, then I can do twice as many workouts and I'll get twice as fast. And it did not work. So yeah, there's definitely a large component of both. There's no such thing as over training. There's only under fueling. It's like, all right, you try to fuel yourself properly doing, you know, six days of high intensity workouts
