Is There a Mismatch in Expectations?
i think one of the challenges that i imagine might be running through quite a few managers minds right now is there can be instances or examples of a mis match in expectations. So you're my manager, is sot following this through? And some one's listen to this and they've i've come up ith y own what i think my objectives and my key results are. But when at least they're transparent, we can both openly acknowledge that we can take actions together. We can figure out what that might mean. Doesn't mean soething s goin to happen overnight, but we can feel like we are together having conversations with each other. That might be quite a big realize
