The Consequences of Lack of Internal Controls and Communication

I was Thinking the same thing when I read through this. Jeff do you think that it was lack of internal controls or communication? That caused this big discrepancy. There were a lot of retail channels right that may not have been all that well developed. People didn't really know how bad it could be if you thought you were gonna have a hit and you didn't.
