The Supreme Court's Decision on Divorce
If your spouse is not willing for a mutual consent, you then will have to make out certain grounds to get a divorce on the examples that I gave you. Goes to court, maybe there the case is a strategic tool. If it works out, if it goes through all these processes and then you know sometimes if the other spouse says, okay, I'll agree for a divorce, but let's settle it on certain terms. It has to go to the trial court, from the trial court to the high court. And if you can afford, you go to the supreme court as well.
