The Battle of Krakow
The 10th Motorized Cavalry Brigade contained a company of old vicar's tanks, which by 1939 were completely obsolete. The unit had not yet received its newer replacement vehicles, so it was left with the vicars. They would arrive near the Polish town of Visaka during the evening of September 1st - only possible due to the German commander having decided to wait until morning before launching his next attack. This resulted in a very effective Düllang action for the Polish troops, but did nothing to prevent the Germans from continuing their advance on Krakow.
