Is a Speed Camera Like a Politician?

I feel like vandalizing the buoys way worse. It's like you're attacking a single node in a network and that speed camera, its presence or absence is not necessarily going to have a big impact on does someone speed a lot or not. The fact that there are a hundred speed cameras in the city on average may have some kind of suppression effect. Although even how effective that is may be debatable. But like somebody drowning and reaching out for a floating thing and the floating thing breaks,. That's just undeniably bad and in a very clear and direct way.
