Is It a Bot Issue for Twitter?

Twitter's musk is trying to walk away from the meal or negotiate a much lower price. He could fight this in court, which will be very long and drawn out. But i see a bot issue that would really be a black cloud over the stock. And i think for musk it's really poker move. What the next step is?
