Public Money Shouldn't Go for Private Purposes

There are those who would tell you that public money should only be used for public purposes, just like we heard to night. But if that's the arbiter in this conversation, what about all the other public dollars used being used for private purposes? Mister president, would you dream of telling a young mother whose child is unmedicated that she can only take her daughter to the free walking clinic and not to blank children's hospital to be for cancer? I wouldn't. Would we ever consider telling that single dad who's utilizing snap to feed his kiddos that he can only take those dollars to hitee or to fairway, but not to his local grocery store?
