Low Peep Trial - What's the Evidence Base?

I'm a big fan of positive airway pressure recruiting patients. So personally, i'd probably use, like, at least, like the low peep table. Nobody knows exactly what the lowest safe number is. I think seven point one, five is probably fine. If the blood pressure is fine, you could probly go lower. There's no good evidence on this. Some patients may develop our redis function if they have bad enough air es. We've addressed awake proning. How about proning based on proceva trial here? Yes.
