Philosophers have known for 60 years that logical positivism is self-contradictory. There's no scientific experiment to show that nothing out science can be known, he says. Scientists don't think that only scientific knowledge gives or scientific experiments give knowledge,. Well, how about mathematics? Should we throw out mathematics? Mathematics is in science. It's obviously anti-science. How about logic? Uh-huh. How about developing theories? You know, when you first get a theory, what experiment told you that you should make up that theory? Nothing. But isn't it true that, I mean, everything you're saying, it's common sense?"
