The Importance of Prioritizing Features

When we have capacity, it goes top down. It doesn't go sideways as we're talking about here. The fact of the matter is when you work on more than one thing at a time, all those things that you're working on, at that point, our priority one was to get this feature done. So instead of encapsulating risk feature by feature, now what we're doing is we're actually spreading that risk off across several features. And if you're looking closely, you can see how that risk is manifesting. There are certain attributes of these features that cause of them to accumulate more risk than others.
