How Do You Approach Examples and Case Studies in Your Work?
I was wondering if you could tell us a bit about how you approach examples and case studies in your work. I'm known for someone who doesn't just say, here's a story and I'm going to use this story to illustrate this. And I've never really been satisfied with that. So what I do is is to take a representative selection of cases, usually a spectrum of them. Out of that mosaic comes then a fuller picture of what we're actually looking at. It's a bit like going into a creative space and keep trying to go in at different doors to try to get in and around as much as you can.
