Anxiety Is Easier to Manage Than Stress

Stress is easier to manage than anxiety, because you can be proactive in reducing it. Anxiety is a little bit more insidious because of that fear component. We are creating the fear, therefore having a physiological experience of anxiety or stress. It can take you into this not great space and so i love all the sort of quick packs of how to get out of anxiousness. So if anybody just wants like a good, prompted meditation book, something they can read, like a paragraph or two every day, it's great.
