Russia and China in the Balkans?
There is definitely a dynamic between the different players in the regions, and that's we should zoom in a bit more on those. I think that until a certain point, before China entered into force into this multiple dimension cooperation with Serbia, Russia was having a free range over there in the region. Many young people say they are fake, fake countries, but the policy of the government is another one. Both countries try to introduce their own policies and their own interests. The biggest competition between them is in the economic field, especially in investments in which China is winning clearly. But Moscow also is counting on Russia's energy dependence on the countries of the rich.
