Foucault's New PA Revolts in France

Foucault looks at the new PA revolts in the 16th century in France. New PA translates into barefoot, new being naked and then PA being feet or bare feet. It was named after a guy who took on the name Jean-Nupier. Foucault says that this opened up new tactics of counter insurgency to oppose these revolts.
