When people have just been waiting for you to fall, they're not sad. They're excited. You messed up. That's what I'm trying to get at. Everybody needs support groups and everybody needs challenge networks. And so your support network is people are there for you no matter what. To support you and your challenge network is people that are going to tell you the truth - even if it's about something you did wrong. Because that is how you get to be more aligned with what you're trying to do.
