Sax worked with another man whohad brain surgery, and afterward, he had no feeling at all for his family. He suddenly felt overwhelming trust in love and affection for every stranger he met. The thing to keep in mind is that this is not just a guy outwardly exhibiting odd behaviors. There is an interior, subjective experience that goes along with those behaviors.
