How do I set up that conversation and basically say like you need to meet my friend like how do I turn this into a referral in a positive way for the client absolutely. It's one that I talk with advisors a lot and actually we'll do training with them to help them feel get comfortable with doing this but in a very practical sense what I encourage advisors to start to do is on all new client onboarding  this is so easy for new new clients to do this right.
