Do You Feel Like Your PhD Has Helped You?

I almost feel like the stream helped me regiment that actually, because I would kind of have to build up enough motivation, willpower, or cultivate a habit in order to start doing my language learning. But I can almost like peer pressure myself by making a schedule, clicking a button, and then I only have to use like willpower and motivation for a second. And once it's published, I do my best not to cancel. It does happen sometimes, but I do our best not to canceled.
