The Risks of Congenital Toxoplasmosis
Pregnancy is a form of immunocompromised, so it's possible to have reactivation of cysts. But it's much less likely that that will result in congenital toxoplasmosis. If you get infected for the first time while you're pregnant, that's when it's the highest risk. The treatment is mostly aimed at that techiezoite stage, that rapidly dividing stage.
