I think we have to really pay attention to a functional correlates and functionalw i also firmly believe that there are trade offs to achieving the lowest possible deal. If my goal were to have the lowest possible p o b and l d l, I probably would ssue all sources of saturate fact. But in so doing, i'm risking my nutrient status y because i'm avoiding animal products. So there are risks. It's not a risk free proposition. And, you know, maybe my l dl is not going to be on the floor, but i'm going to have a body composition that i've optimized.
