Fedora Core OS Is Born to Run Containers

Fedora Core OS is born to run containers. Like that is the whole idea of it. It will be running Podman and not Docker, but it doesn't matter from the standpoint of if you just want to learn how containers work. You can have containers that are not OCI compliant. That means they're not following a specific standard. But if you have an operating system or what have you, that is OCI compliant, it means that you can go and figure out exactly what kind of permissions that it implies.
