People would want to be sure that you know things are gonna work out the way they'd like them to work out and the doubt that's that's involved is is a big part of their ongoing anxiety do You know I just was talking to someone an hour ago who has intrusive thoughts of being harmed and he said well yeah but I'd like to be a hundred percent sure that it's not gonna happen and so that's one of the hard things we find when we do our exposure therapy for people with social phobia or generalized anxiety disorder.
