Evidence of intentional burials and abstract geometric art found in South Africa. Homo Naledi is quite a distantly related species to us, but one with a much smaller brain than ours. It was first discovered in 2013 when paleoanthropologist named Lee Berger uncovered some fossil bones in the rising star cave system near Johannesburg.

In the months since America’s Supreme Court gave states the power to ban abortions, those in support of the ruling have become more splintered.
