The Last Full Day Restriction on General Retail in North Dakota

The last statewide full day restriction on any kind of commerce in North Dakota was repealed in 1991. The only place there's one place in the US where, I guess you could call it general retail is still banned on Sunday is a Bergen County New Jersey. And that's because the local community likes it that way. You'll still see maybe not just in the South, but definitely in some parts of the South near us, things called dry counties which just, you know, supersedes the whole blue law thing entirely. But usually the workaround to that isthat you just drive into the next county and buy it and bring it back.
