Hollocake is a working, experimental device using holographic displays that can already play pc experiences head sets right now. They have these lenses that refract them so they lookike they're bigger. This would use a very, very powerful lezer, and it would shoot it through this almost flat lens that then bends the light. It's one of those things where it genuinely does something you cannot find in another head set at least sort of major commercial head set.
