Learning More About a Dh D, Is Really Helpful
i would say, reas s have been learning about hh d. And also sleep and exercise. If i don't get enough sleep my days, it's very hard to focus and not feel anxious if i don't getting enough exercise. I think talking to other people about their experiences can be empowering. Knowing how your braing chemistry works as someone with eight h d is really, really helpful. A combination of fear and novelty are what get us into action. We need fear, in a little bit of anxiety, to get us into motion.
