Is There a Room at a Dinner Party?

A woman shows up at a dinner party and eventually creates a little bit of a scene. She's not dining at the table; she's clearly out of place. The invited guests, they're lying down in a way that we would probably never do as we eat. So there's some hospitality on display here by the host because the gates have been left open.
