i was really noisy aboutie, talking to people that they're working with. I would hear things and i would match it up with something that was related to my client. And i started noticing this trend of they were more likely to hire my client if they had things in common with our with client. So after this, i get a promotion, start managing quality improvement programs,. Start realizing i really love teaching and training so i cond of gravitate towards that. Then i find myself coaching on the side. And then here i am to day, doing all those work. Well. Yadiata, now i can see that, but i'm like, wo i just used it very intentionally
