Is China Facing in the UN?

There's a lot of research out there that looks at whether through aid and investment, China is winning allies in the UN General Assembly on votes. But it's not as strong an effect as is generally touted by Chinese enemies, basically. In some other research that I have going on with Scott Kasner, my colleague at the University of Maryland, we're also trying to look at issues very, very important to China.
