How to Find a CSM for Your Business
Josh: I had this idea of a customer journey that I wanted to have happen and I could not make it happen by myself. So I spent three months finding a CSM probably was on a hundred different interviews, really trying to find the right person for the job. He says client success managers are probably one of the most underutilized or understood roles in a service-based business. Josh: It's mostly that they don't have accountability on what they're doing on the day to day. And our client success managers do a lot more than just that.
