The Long Tail of Products Are Never Going to Be That Big
When you have millions of computers and petabites of data, every little tiny, super incredibly infrequent problem that you can imagine will happen probably multiple times per day. The long tail of products are never going to be that big. Almost everybody building almost everything, doesn't have any of those problems or need like one or two survers. So we're actually talking about the scale at tail, as opposed to the tal at scale.
