Open Source and Its Impact on Your Life and Relationships
Most of the people who can afford to spend time on open sors are not people who fit those categories. Even if your company is generous enough to allow you to like spend time on your open source project, or they, like, i guess, buy it from you,. So it's definitely a problem. I wish we had better solutions to it, but i don't think i've seen too many that're 100% when for maintainers.
