Do We Need a Martial Plan?

I garnered a national resolve. Ye, it will be better than this. We will. This is the country that rebuilt europe after the second world war. Doewe need a martial plan? Ah, to make poverty history in this country and around the world. We do. And to garner the resources, to get all the brain power that we've got ot to martial industry, toim a collective decision, and maybe we'll get there. I mean, i'm hopeful, maybe we will get there. Because if we do, we can do it. But it's going to involve massive investments in children and in education. For me, an idealism without rank pragmatism
