Agile Is a Scope Buffer, Not a Schedule Buffer.

Kendall: There's the temptation to basically say, okay, more is better. The problem is you didn't take into account all the other stuff you got to do. It's not just the data. You have to clean the data. And by the way, the data is changing every five minutes. If this were using an agile approach, this could be a way to never end.
