How Can Middle Managers Become More Open to Innovation?
i think there's so many great pieces of nuggets and wisdom that employees can do to better surface their ideas up the chan of command. And i also think that, particularly, again, for managers who do want to become better, there could be some potential opportunities for managers out there to be more inviting or to thinking expansively about some of the things that are bubbling up from beneath them in terms of their employees. So would love to maybe hear your take on what maybe middle managers can do to foster more of an environment where maybe not every idea is accepted but at least there's more positive couragement to surface nes sup.
