Don't Ask Questions That You Already Know the Answer To
The ultimate compliment, the best compliment i can get from a podcast guests is that hey, you ask great questions. A lot of people don't ask why. Why does this matter to you? Why did you do that? Tooda was known for this. They created a system they called the five wis. So toyota, in the 19 fifties, knew that they had to explore challenges and problems. And the way to do that was by leveraging curiosity and asking why. We need to bring out our inner uncertainty. There's no filter on the pump. But we have to ask the why to get to the solution.
