The Struggle to Grow as a Manager

I was always aware of the enormous amount of stuff that I don't know, or I won't be able to absorb. And so one part was when I was deciding about whether to become a manager or to stay a practitioner and individual contributor. So where does ambition management now they were talking about management where did ambition management fill in? Yeah, because I had to Google it. I know what it means now. I just made it up.
