Are There Other Threats to the Privatization of Infra Structures?
Is it simply a matter of insuring a certain degree of effectiveness in the maintenance of their assets? Or are there other threats to their continued control of those assets? That's an interesting question, i think. One of the issues that so just if i back track a little bit here. A lot of those, a lot of those relevant infor structures, are owned by private operators like the arcevers and so on to day. Not because they've always been that way, but because these are infra structures that used to be owned by the public sector.
