Financial Law Is Very Different From Property Law
Yend: Financial law is very different from proper law. The perfect example is the repo market, where treasuries that are supposed to be owned by some one are re used an repledged and often hypothecated. And if we do a monetary system that is real base money, then it should operate under property law and on financial law,. We have to focus on real economy projects because that's the only way we're lowed to actually make any money.
