I think first and foremost is that people's safety is the most important thing so protecting people how you do that. The only way for this society to be sort of a pure democracy is if it eradicates certain kinds of inequalities, he says. "We're not here revolutionary excited revolutionizing society and building that right at the moment" I don't think people will be able to engage in the electoral or legislative process as a solutions problem now according to him.
