For people who do eat animal products, i would say the ultimate breakfast would be a couple pastured, free range eggs with some greens. And then maybe some sisome fish, like sar ns or smoked salmon and olives. For me, for me, beans don't spike me but lentils can - so i'll add nut butter sauce to my beans. I love them for the fibre.
